30 Day Challenge

The challenge that I have set for myself for the next month is that I am going to start waking up earlier in the morning to make my self a true breakfast. It is always said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I'm not sure if cold cereal and milk provide enough sustenance to have energy for the day. So to boost energy I'm going to make myself eggs and sausage with something like orange juice to drink. The only thing that could hurt this plan is the fact that I'm going to have to wake up around 4:50 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays if I want to make it to morning lifting. This means I am just going to have to go to bed earlier. Lets see if it works!
